Digital image matching and image sequence analysis

Short description of the contents

The course gives an overview on digital image matching techniques and on image sequence analysis. In the first chapter the basics of digital image matching are explained and the cross correlation and least squares matching techniques are treated in detail. The second chapter deals with the acquisition and analysis of dynamic scenes with moving objects by using two or more static cameras. Finally some examples for image sequence analysis are introduced.
